INGREDIENTS

 

7 dates

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

A handful of sunflower seeds (any other seeds are fine too)

A tablespoon of chia seeds

A heaped tablespoon of roasted coconut chips

1 tablespoon of goji berries

A handful of muesli (nut free)

1 small teaspoon of spirulina powder

Shredded coconut (save for after)

 

METHOD

 

Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until combined.  Roll ingredients into balls before covering each with shredded coconut.

 

makes roughly 20.
