INGREDIENTS

Nut Portion

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

1/2 cup almond butter

2x tbs coconut oil (melted)

1x tbs rice malt syrup

1/2 banana sliced

Mix wet ingredients together, spoon into patty cases and level out. Top with one slice of banana on each. place in freezer until frozen.

Choc Portion

1/2 cup cocao powder

1 tbs rice malt syrup

1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)

pinch of sea salt

3 x chopped dates

Mix all ingredients together apart from the dates. Pour mixture over the top of the frozen banana/nut portion and finish by sprinkling it with chopped dates. Return tray to the freezer until completely frozen.
